RETURN POLICY

• New, unworn and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days, with proof of purchase.
• Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached: untagged items should be returned in original packaging.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards).
• Items marked as Final Sales cannot be returned.
• Online orders are to be returned by mail.
• Return labels (also referred to as Return Sheet) are to be requested from and provided by Eros Thalassa customer service.

Please ensure you meet the conditions of our Returns Policy before lodging your return. 

RETURNS PROCESS AND REFUNDS

We will reply to your emails within 2 business days.

• Once you have submitted your return request online, you will receive a Return Sheet email containing a returns label from Australia Post.
• Drop off your return at an AUST Post Office within 14 days from receiving your return sheet. Find your nearest drop off point here.
• Once the return is received by the local carrier, we will issue your refund or store credit. Please note this process can take up to 1-3 business days. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organisations.
• All returns are subject to a AU$20 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Eros Thalassa’s discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn, unwashed and damaged, with the intent of providing the best experience to our customers. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. If we choose to provide a refund beyond 14 days or in the event there’s no proof of purchase, refunds will be applied to a Eros Thalassa gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.

In some circumstances, we may request that additional information be provided, including personal information, for verification purposes. Eros Thalassa’a practices relating to collection, use, and sharing of such personal information are further detailed in our Privacy Policy.
