All orders are shipped via AUS POST.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays) and are dispatched by 2pm AEST on the next business day. Tracking information will be sent via email on the day of dispatch.
You may experience delays in shipping during the Black Friday sale period.
CAN I CHANGE ADDRESS INFORMATION ON MY CURRENT ORDER?
If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email info@erosthalassa.com with your full name, shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
Eros Thalassa orders begin processing as soon as submitted and typically cannot be stopped or changed. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Eros Thalassa via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped. However, once your order has shipped, if you need to edit or correct any address information, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier.
Eros Thalassa is not liable for any mistakes or missing information in the customer address. If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or shipping carrier, Eros Thalassa will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), Eros Thalassa reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee which corresponds with the shipping method valid with the shipping address for the order. If a customer prefers to receive a refund or store credit for their order if returned to sender, a refund or store credit will be issued for the value of the order, less the initial shipping fee charged.
If a customer refuses a parcel upon delivery, Eros Thalassa reserves the right to process a refund or store credit for the order, less the initial shipping fee charged and less a $20 AUD return to sender fee.
Eros Thalassa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
